I am so tired of being overweight. I am ready to do something about it! When I saw Jennifer Hudson on the Oprah Winfrey show it gave me my Ah Ha moment... she looks great! I know that I can do it! I have to change my way of thinking when it comes to food. I want to live a long healthy life and be here for my kids and their kids, kids, kids! So I have to set my mind and focus!!

Hello! Thank you so much for your friend request! I really need the support. I read your BIO and I am basically in the same situation my B/P is slightly higher then it should be my doctor and I are convinced it is due to my weight. I am getting older and my weight remains the same I have to do something. Seeing JH on Oprah was very inspiring to me!
