I am so tired of being overweight. I am ready to do something about it! When I saw Jennifer Hudson on the Oprah Winfrey show it gave me my Ah Ha moment... she looks great! I know that I can do it! I have to change my way of thinking when it comes to food. I want to live a long healthy life and be here for my kids and their kids, kids, kids! So I have to set my mind and focus!!
