Made it to the gym again today. Did upper and lower body weight training. Went shopping at Kmart for a storage chest, walked 45 minutes. It was nice to just get away from housework for one day. It was a nice day in spite of the showers we had off and on today. It was windy also but sat out on the porch and enjoyed the peacefulness of the evening. All of you out there have a great evening.
