I got home late yesterday and did not want to workout at all, but I changed my clothes and did it anyway. Today will be a different story, I'd love to do a run after work because it's supposed to be really nice, but I won't have time because I'll get home and have to turn around and leave for volleyball practice. That's life when you have kids and they are in activities, I guess. This weekend will be busy, but I think the weather will be nice which will mean either yard work or running, hopefully both. :)

I kept my eating pretty reasonable yesterday. I could have done better at dinner, but I was starving and didn't want to take the time to make a salad to go with the burgers my hubby grilled, so I ate chips instead. I know, big difference between salad and chips, but laziness just won out.

Tonight a friend of mine is coming over to show me some books on 31. I had never heard of it but apparently she's selling it now and wants to see if I'll do a party. I think it would be fun to do a party and have some people over, but I may just do a book party. Not sure, but sounds like fun. I can't wait to see her tonight, if only for a little bit, it's always nice to catch up with old friends. :)

Put on your walking shoes and walk around while the kids at practice. I do that while my son is at baseball practice.

Suzi, I always change into tennis shoes in hopes that I'll be able to help by chasing down balls or something, but there are so many girls and parents it's hard to even do that. Also, the practice is at the YMCA and I'm not a memeber and they are very strict about using their facility if you're not a member, and won't even let us walk around the gym during practice. I'd walk outside, but the Y is in a pretty rough area of town and honestly I'm afraid to go walking around there by myself. Excuses, excuses, I know. :) I'm thinking I'm going to change Friday to my rest day so I don't feel so guilty when I take the night off. But, I did get some extra walking in when I went to the post office today, I parked a couple of blocks away and got to enjoy the nice weather.
