I did much better yesterday and I'm feeling good about that today. My hubby ended up texting me at the end of the day telling me he'd run wtih me when I got off work, well I wanted to do a workout but it was cool and windy, so I wasn't going to run. I'm so glad he texted me and went with me though because I had a headache and probably would have just gone home and sat on the couch. I felt so much better after the run. And didn't feel as guilty about that tiny piece of cake I had earlier. :)

Today I brought my salad for lunch and have my snacks ready, so it should be a good eating day again. I should be able to get at least a short workout in this evening too. I did 16 workouts last month, so that averages about 4 a week, I'm happy with that. I know it could have been better, but with how busy we are I'm happy with what I did get done. Tomorrow my daughter has volleball practice after I get off work, then Sunday we have a bridal shower out of town, so we'll see if I can manage to fit workouts in on those days. I'm going to try my best to stay active the rest of the week and keep my eating in line. It's so much easier when my hubby is around!

I did better yesterday too! I was thinking about you lol. It's great that your husband helps push you along, mine would rather I sat back and had some drinks every night. He is supportive, but not actively lol. The way you squeeze this all in to your schedule truly is inspirational, keep up the great work. And just so you know I was thinking about you while I was doing my run today, I ran for twenty minutes straight and was almost to two miles so I kept going and got 2 miles in 24 minutes. That was for us :-) Have a wonderful day

Yo- My hubby used to be the same as yours, but realized he was putting on some weight and just didn't feel well, his back hurt, his stomach was always upset. So now we're doing it together, and it has helped a ton. He's already down about 15 pounds since the beginning of the year! It's funny because you are inspirational to me and I think about you when I don't want to workout and say if Yo can get a workout done with her busy schedule so can I! Thanks for the run! You're better than me, I've done 20 mins straight and that was the longest stretch I've run. I've been cutting my walking time down though, so hopefully someday I'll get to 3 miles without stopping. We're kicking butt!! :)
