bahan:
•terigu 280gr (100gr pro sedang, 180gr pro tinggi)
•2 sdm salted butter, atau margarin juga boleh
•ubi ungu 150gr (100gr minimal) makin banyak makin pekat yaa
•gula 2 sdt
•ragi 3/4 sdm
•garam 1/2 sdt
•air 200ml
•susu kental manis sesuai selera (aku 4 sdm)
•vanili 1/2 sdt

Step:
•tuang tepung, gula, vanili dan ragi lalu aduk
•haluskan ubi lalu tuang dan aduk
•masukan air dan susu yg telah dicampurkan
•aduk sebentar sampai tercampur lalu lanjut uleni dengan tangan
•beri garam, dan margarin lalu uleni sampai kalis
•proofing 1 jam
•setelah mengembang pipihkan adonan lalu gulung rapat dan pencet2 ujung lipatan agar tidak terbuka
•siapkan loyang, masukan adonan ke loyang lalu proofing lagi 20 menit sambil panaskan oven
•panggang 35-45 menit ya sesuaikan dengan oven masing2
