Today was an off day for me. I didn't get to snap fitness. The last couple of days, I changed my routine. I added a little more weight and a few more reps. Also yesterday, we took residents from a nursing home, so they could go shopping, which required loading and unloading wheel-chairs, pushing the wheel-chairs and a lot of walking. I didn't sleep good on top of everything else, so I took a break today. Some of it was stress and tiredness. I will get back at iot again tomorrow. Had a lot of rain and storms last night, so I did what I love best, ths time of year. I sat out on my porch and enjoyed the wind, the rain and thunder and lightning. My weight is still the same, at least I haven't gained anymore so far. Well that is all for now all of you have great evening, and I will keep in touch. LoreJae
