This has been a week. Constipation, tom, hospital visits, dr appointments, driving husband to and from work every day, getting up extremely early and going to bed extremely late. Sigh.
I did not exercise this week. I focused on eating within my calories. I went up to 197 earlier this week all water weight I am sure. Today I feel somewhat better. I may try and go to the gym if the snow stops and if I get a single second to do so. If not I will get on my elliptical at some point. I feel much better than I did at the start of this week.
Last night was great. I took my oldest and her bff to get mani/pedi. They loved it as did I. Then we went to buy junk food (for them) and webkinz. After that it was a wild and crazy night at chuck e cheese. Followed by an up all night eat til ya barf movie night. Again, them not me. I actually went to bed and fell asleep before midnight, ten minutes before but before none the less. :)
I have one more day of getting up early then hopefully a day of rest. I am excited for tomorrow even though I have to be up early. After I am done shooting I am taking my oldest to see Junie B Jones to continue her bday celebration. Then it will be a night out with my husband. YAY! Oh how I can not wait for that!
I am happy with the loss. It was a small loss that took about what 2 wks or so to lose but given all that has been going on with me I will take it. I am proud of the fact that through this whole week I still made healthy choices. I did not overeat. I did not eat past 7. I did it!
