Top of the morning to all my f/s family. Hope everyone had a splendid weekend.
Don’t know what started me playing with numbers this morning not that I don’t have a lot on my plate. Interesting though according to the BMI calculator I have 0.3 to go before I’m in the normal range - might be considered normal but not in my mind. When I left F/S on October 26th in 2020 I was 134.5 never making goal. Only had 14.5 lbs to go to reach goal. Sad. Today I have 8 lbs to get back to when I left. Oh well lesson learned. Here’s hoping I can make my goal of 120. Also found journal from weight watchers 6 years ago I weighted 118 lbs. was told at that time i was reaching dangerously low weight
Moving on I’m 5’3.5 in height I differ with the statement of dangerously low. I’ll be satisfied with 120 - that’s my final goal hopefully I can meet by July but most likely August. Treading forward on my journey

Good luck! But if you continually hit the your lowest possible weight and could not hit what the BMI said, you are still doing great and perhaps that is all your body had to give and stay healthy. When I was 19 I worked out hard several hours a day and ate what amounted to an Atkins Diet, but I could not break into the 170s no matter what I did. And I was pretty rail thin for my body at 180, when BMI still wanted 168.
