I am on day 1 cycle 1 feeling great! I excersised with Dr. Ian's workout this morning for 30 minutes it was great too. I feel motivated to continue. I am doing Extreme fat smash which is different from the regular fat smash. I had cantelope and egg beater for breakfast tasted good with salsa. Yeh me!
