Food (inaccurate calorie count): - breakfast: McDonald's cheeseburger - lunch: 2pc Popeye's fried chicken (skin removed), mashed potato - snack: half bottle red wine, 2 oyster shooters,, smoked salmon toast, creme brulee, potata pie - dinner: 2 chicken tacos
so. much. wrong... I feel so guilty.. on the bright side, I haven't eaten red meat and minimal rice in 2 months even though doctor said I could do it 1-2 times a month. That and this is the third date in 3 years I've been on with the hubby 😊
