Drinking 2L of water per day ...this diet it s for 3 days only .. no breakfast
Lunch and dinner are 2 eggs one banana and a cup of milk ( it means in total u will have 4 eggs per day ) and u can eat 40 peanuts in dinner ..the same method for day nb 2 and nb 3
If it would me like they say u can loose 2.5kg in these 3 days ..

Thanks for your quick reply ..... The fact that I struggle to stabilize weight makes me look for solutions if I gained a little more and because of the fear of this issue I couldn't stop the diet even though I reached the required weight , and I think that this diet will help me if I gained any weight while the
stabilization process... thanks again.

hey sisters, don't you think this kind of diets is really unhealthy? indeed it helps in losing weight faster than a healthy diet (in which you get to eat the right number of calories your body needs in a day minus 500 Kal only that equals losing 0.5kg a week which is perfect!) yet it remains unhealthy. Plus the latter diet will guarantee the stabilization of your new weight, whereas, sadly, the former guarantees the opposite!😥
anyways, I apologise for taking too long, it was a humble advice and opinion I wanted to share with you, and good luck for everyone!🤍🌸

Yes i know it s unhealty but doing it for 3 days in a month it s not a big deal that s why i recommend it only 3 days... also i get a good meal the day before to be in a good health during it .. and if i had a headache or any kind of pain i stop ..

i m not a fan of loooong time sever diets that s why i like this type of diet.. 3 days sever then be normal the other days
