Well I went way over on my diet today but I was traveling and fried food is always my weakness when I am stuck in the car. I made it to my mom's and she had made corn dogs which I haven't had in forever so I ate 2. I am going to the gym tomorrow morning and hopefully work off what I ate today and then some. Goodnight.

Yummmmmm .... corn dogs!! Did you have them with mustard??? One of my personal favorites. My how I do love foods that don't love my body ... pizza, corn dogs, the list could go on and on. Today is another day ... we do still need to live in the real world so great attitude about your day!!
