I got a notification from FS telling me to cut my calories by 500 a day, I’d been staying within the recommended amount so I tried it but I just feel exhausted and horrible. I had lots of protein today and normally that keeps my energy pretty high. Maybe my activity level is lower than it should be? I’m not sure what counts as low active but I don’t workout and I don’t walk more than 4K a day normally.
