我以前靠吃肉上12樓,現在靠吃肉下8樓,同樣吃肉狀況不同啊🤣🤣🤣所以其實是可以吃的,不要過量即可。像一次吃三個肉鬆麵包這樣😅(我以前幹過這件事)
