Yesterday, IF, 86 protein, 124 fat, 26 carbs, leg workout, sliced beef, butter, spinach dip and crisps, chopped salad, butter, nuts before bed
69.8 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 8.9 kg a Week
