I feel amazing!
I haven't weighed this much since 2005 when my first born was born. Can't wait to see where I end up by July 10th. The journey is like a dream come true. One thing I have to say about FS is how some people come on here to post fast food and foods that really have nothing to do with losing weight or eating healthy. It doesn't distract me not influence me to eat shitty cause I'm on a lifestyle change. However, i don't think it helps the community that continue to struggle or gain weight. Keep up the great work ! I agree sometimes the food posts are just too much. Not only because of what is on the plate but some pics are posted with no context. Even the plates with the healthier food choices. I don't eat any of the "stuff" you are talking about and haven't for years. When I see those pics I just tell myself "Thank God I am over that awful stage of my life !" Look at them as reinforcement to stay on track for a healthy life. Stay Well

I think some folks post them as a reminder that when it comes to weight loss, calories are king - even if the food isn't good for you, you can still lose weight eating fast food. I wouldn't recommend it, ofc. 😂 You're doing such a good job! Stay the course =)

I just “scroll” on by... I agree with CCC, I feel good that I am eating clean. That is until I “mindfully” indulge in something sweet.
