Hello and Happy Monday FS!
Woo hoo! Down today! I may have had some foods that I don’t normally eat this Mother’s Day weekend but I did stay within my calorie limit. So, there’s that! So, I’m still not off the rails! But so enjoyed the special treats!
I’m still not on a certain program but staying away from processed foods and sugar. Although, I’m a more SALTY person than SWEET. I had a doctor tell me once, just eliminate white food, e.g., sugar, bread, white flour, potatoes, pasta, etc. I’ve had pasta in my One Pot Mushroom Dish (2 ounces) but haven’t had any white potatoes yet but I will work those in at some point. What I have noticed is I’m not going through the butter like there’s no tomorrow! Lol! Nor have I downed a COSTCO size bag of chips.! Yeah for me...LOL!
Loved the fact that I was able to wear a pair of capri’s that were in the back of my closet. They were my favorites! But, not my smallest...but I will get there too.
