Around mid-day today, I started feeling light-headed and just so out of it. No idea why. I started feeling a little better after lunch. An hour after dinner, I did 30 day shred level 1 but I felt really weak while doing it compared to the last 2 days when I did the video. My arms felt like jelly and jump roping was very difficult. When i was done, I had to just lie on the floor so I could ground myself and wait for the dizziness to stop. I realize that I probably didn't take much protien today. I'm now realizing more and more that the type of food i put inside my body directly affects how i feel. Now i can't just think that coffee and a cliff bar wil get me through the morning. Need to make better food options and they it seriously just as much as exercise. I'm now drinking water with Emergen-C to help with the drained feeling. Hope tomorrow will be a better day.
