Well today hadn't been a great day eating... my gall bladder is tender and uncomfortable, I totally blew my carb limit. Eating crackers through out the day. Calories are stupid low.

I am feeling a bit frustrated at the moment, if I can't get it under control before my next appt., since removal is considered optional due to Covid. 😢
I will have to learn fat-free way of eating. Not so sure I can fo that. Way before I gained all this weight I naturally at lo carb/ high fat. I gain weight eating what people call normal, ( I personally believe normal is way overrated)😊

Anyway will just have to have faith this will work itself out.

Today was cloudy gloomy and chilly didn't even get to 50 brr. So puttered in the house after chores, baked hubby his,Chocolate Poke cake and NO wasn't even tempted to afraid of the sugar and carbs.

A day to celebrate our preemie calf managed to suck for 5 whole minutes before she was to tired. So she is making progress.

Sunday is a day of rest. I am going to.
