@shubham18 puffed rice is rich in fibre and also proteins and it is also Low in calories.so it serves as a good snack.Nor sure about the exact calories as it is a mixture of puffed rice,tomatoes,onion,Bengal gram,coriander and a pinch of lemon,salt,chilli powder etc.
