Another 1.4 lbs down. I am very pleased. I am working very hard in changing my attitude to food. I no longer can afford to use food to make me feel better when depressed, happy, or upset. I can see it will be a decision I will have to make every day. I have not had sweets since Jan 19th, but I still think about them. I know it is a process. I will not give up.
