I do 🙈literally know what I’m having breakfast lunch and dinner + snacks all week 😂😂 just staying within calories not so much counting macros 💪

I've started doing this, but just a couple of days in advance. I'm notorious for changing my mind about what I want to eat. Kate and Paula, you've made me pay more attention to my macros.

Hopefully weight starts to shift soon🤞. Was definitely not eating enough protein, so keeping an eye on that. And trying to get hold of high protein cheese - it's always sold out near me🙈.

About the cheese, I always get it from sainsburys or from the company directly. But not big asdas and Morrison’s sell it as well
