Wakame & spinach miso soup (35kal) and chicken “fried rice” using riced cauliflower for dinner 🍲 only 347 calories for the entire meal. 955 calories in total for today and I actually feel full.

Recipe: 1.5 tsp of soy sauce, 4 oz of chicken breast (oven baked and chopped), 1 large egg, 1.5 cups of riced cauliflower medley (Kroger brand), 1/4 cup of water, 1.5 tsp avocado oil, 2 tsp of stir fry or fried rice seasoning, salt and pepper. Top with green onion.
