I have realized the weekends are the hardest for me...with the kids home and making them meals and snacks, guests stopping by and running the roads doing errands left me off in left field when it came to what and when I was eating. I will have to make a more conscious effort to stay on top of things on the weekends.
Starting more weight training circuits to mix it up a little and adding a dash of yoga!
65.3 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
