Well...I suck! This weekend I went totally off track...probably not as bad as I think but I didn't do any recording. Poutine Friday night, 2 fried egg and ham sandwiches Saturday plus dinner at Franca's. Yesterday...bridal shower, and then I caved and had wings fir supper. GROSS. I did however remeber to get on the scales this morning! I am a little heavier than I thought which has given me the push to get back on track. 209.
