I don't know if I should laugh at this or what😜... After motivating myself, I started working out and eating healthy and now everything halted again.....😞😞

Tested positive for Covid19...

No...I'm not following any diet right now. Also I'm not working out but thinking to start some walking in a day or two. I'm really tensed as I gain weight very fast and I had worked very hard to lose weight last year.

Gyms are not a problem though...I've been working out at home only.

I tried walking but can't because I started having breathing trouble it's my 4 or 5 day and today I lost my taste
