Ok Im going to TRY to make better choices....BUT I have to do it a little at a time. I can totally work on the food...maybe even cutting out my soda intake...but I am going to enjoy an energy drink for today since it was bought for me yesterday. After I drink this....Im going to drink water for the rest of the day.

Good choice!A little at a time will work i guess lol. GET OFF THAT POP ITS BAD BAD STUFF, I LOVE IT TOO BUT I DONT DRINK IT ANYMORE, I HATE WATER BUT THATS ALL I DRINK IS WATER AND COFFEE. KEEP ME POSTED K
