辣椒蒜炒洋蔥杏鮑菇豬油渣、水煮蛋(3)、藜麥鷹嘴豆佐海苔肉鬆

因為懶惰,所以一次煮了十顆蛋冷藏起來,這樣對我來說很方便,藜麥鷹嘴豆也是一次蒸了一大盆,同樣是懶人行徑,然後,因為我很重口味,所以水煮蛋就對半剖開鋪在盤子底部,炒好的料理直接淋上去,很夠味❤️

當然紅酒不可少,依然在煮晚餐的時候被喝掉半杯😱
