I knew this week as going to be a gain week so I will take this with smile because I may have eaten and drank more that I should have but my workout schedule is solid! I just have to get over this eat drink and be merry feeling since I have lost over 15 pounds, lol. I just have to keep pushing forward and realize I am not at my goal. I have a little less that 2 months to reach my range of 150-155. I am not too worried but I do need to keep that in mind after I have had dinner.
73.2 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
