sigh...feel good, but the weight doesn't peel off for me like it does for some...even after the workout and then the workout shoveling that damn snow...some drifts where up to my waist...staying positive heading into the Super Bowl weekend...lotsa cheese for Dem Dere Packers!!!

Almost 5 lbs in one week! I'd say there's some peeling going on!!! try to stretch out your motivation to get thru one week - doing all you know to do - then weigh in... it's so much more of a mental boost to see it change from week to week...than watch the craziness from day to day! You're doing fantastic!!! Keep up the good work!
