It looks like I am losing a bit over a pound a day. This should be expected as I am large and I am following Atkins to the T….except I am eating 10 carbs and about 1,500 Calories a day. I don't expect this huge weight loss to continue but I do know I will lose 3 lbs a week. The key, for ME, is to stick to this and adjust when it isn't working well

Remember weight loss isn't an exact science, so you may have weeks of staying the same or gains. It's part of the journey. Too much sodium one day can show on the scale the next. But I'm sure you will do fine. Make sure you are getting your veggies in because protein can cause problems with the constitution, lol! Drink that water too! Good luck!
