memutuskan utk rest diet dulu sampe 3 minggu ke dpn krn kondisi nya lg diluar rumah :( belakangan ini jg masih hitung kalori walaupun setiap hari surplus minggu ini, bhkn kdg BE sakin nafsu makan ku g kekontrol. Doain ya temen2 spy bs intuitive eating :((
