Had a great Tuesday. It's so interesting to track your diet. So many hidden calories and fat in our food. I love the BB app and use it religiously. Had a great Fit Club meeting tonight with 9 other friends. Did the INSANITY Max Cardio workout and burned over 1000 calories in just 55 minutes. INSANITY is the real deal. If anyone has questions about in home fitness I would be more than happy to help!
