Started the day with a smoothie
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup mixed berries
2 cups almond coconut milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp Chia Seeds

Vit D
Vit B6
Vit B12
Vit C
Omega 3

Just looking to get healthy...toning up, shedding some extra weight to get there.

Edemine Seeds (soy) Steamed from frozen in pods
