Woohoo!! 150s!! ⭐️
Walked 1.5 miles to school
3 mile walk with Leigh
Made hummus
Salad with cashew lime dressing and shredded chicken lunch
It was a food prep Aldi day
Lots of fresh produce
Veggie pizza on tortilla for dinner
72.5 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week
