Whoo Hooo! Showing some progress, even if its a couple of lbs. Its progress! and in the right direction. :-D I did really good over the weekend, eating wise, but to be honest, I usually don't eat much over the weekends. When I have the set schedule at work, I eat at my alloted time, but otherwise, I don't really remember.

Funny thing is, now that I've started this, I've been talking quite a bit with my 18 yr old daughter. She's got a very high metabolism and low confidence in body image. She's 5'6 and 120ish... and still sees that tiney bit of pooch that all women should have and feels fat. Maybe if I could turn her on to keeping track of what she eats and how many calories she SHOULD eat... idk.
