Hit a pan. Then pour oat and roast it for 4-5 minutes in medium flame and keep it aside. Then Saute onion, capsicum(bell pepper) in olive oil then after 3-4 minutes add chopped tomato. If u want to add any other vegetables like cauliflower or cabbage or beans u can add it before adding tomatoes. Then saute again for 2-3 minutes. And add salt and pepper powder as per your taste. Then add water and let it boil. Then after 2 minutes of water boiled add roasted oat and cook it for 5 minutes in low to medium flame.
