New day, New week. I feel like enough didn't come off but at least something came off. I'm gonna stick to it today and try to get home right after work so I can walk. Although it will be dark, it has to be done. Gonna try to get some squats and lunges in at work as well. I did some squats while doing my makeup in front of the mirror this morning. Guess I will get it in when I can.
99.7 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 27.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Think my new scale maybe calibrated a little better too. Recently realized the floor gives where my scale is at so probably wasn't getting a very accurate weight. At least its only a lb or 2 and not like 5 lol. I gotta think positive.

You are right way to go on the pound lost. I had a really bad night! Need I say more ate 2 pop tarts and a biscuit. For some reason I needed something sweet and I haven't done that in over a week! Made me made dont even want to step on that scale this morning! I will hate myself for sure! Waiting to poop again before I even consider stepping on that rude little machine. We will have a great week! it's gonna have to be all about losing this week.. no cheating we will have to work hard to stay focused! love ya
