Yesterday, IF, 106 protein, 126 fat, 16 carbs, sliced beef, spinach dip and crisps, butter, olives, turkey and cheese, nuts and mini pretzels before bed
71.6 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
