awww thank you for the kind words. I love ya girl and I am sooooo proud of you. Together we can do this and we will. You are also my motivation and I appreciate you each and every day. Love you lots! Today is my apple day so nothing but apples and a steak tonight. Boy, I sure will be ready for dinner lol.  

Awwww I loves you too! I am going to Elis when they open they are giving away free samples of perfume! I buy mine and Shons thier so I am going to get me some free perfume.... lol... You are right we will do this together! I was looking at yours and my picture and we already have made some big changes!! You have lost alot of inches along with weight! You don't look nothing like that picture anymore... so way to go! I am going to choke down all my water today that is my goal for today! I do love you lots and I am glad this dieting has brought us closer together. One more thing call me today Shon wants to go ahead and set up our tailgate party for this Saturday!! Nope and I didn't get me any either..lol I made me some eggs and spinach for breakfast and a smal piece of steak for lunch tomorrow. Fed our gang tonight red potatoes with mushrooms and onions with some kind of green bean with steak and saute mushrooms.. Kyle tore it up.. Good to see him eat. I ate spinach and a small piece of steak. So yummy! NOT!!!
