I've been eating more healthy food lately. However, I haven't been keeping my calorie count to 1200, because I felt like it was too low with the hefty amount of exercise (jogging 18-20 mi + resistance training) I do each week. I've reached as low as 105-106 lbs this month, but I feel much happier maintaining somewhere around 108-110 lbs. :)

It's been pretty bad, since I've been too obsessive about my weight... Weighing in every morning a MILLION times, and feeling super low if I've gained weight.. It's been even hard to concentrate at times because of eating too little or focusing too much on it. So I think I'm going to relax a little on the excessive dieting and take a break. BUT I'll still make sure to work out 3 times a week.
