Tw:早餐8:48 雞胸肉230g.義式洋蔥.100g..黑咖啡330ml.牛奶🥛150ml..(有減脂朋友在問我..每日每餐都卡路里紀錄..抱歉!我現在都沒在紀錄..食物基本固定所以.沒在紀錄..蛋白質1.8% 碳水間接碳水平均在25%-30% 脂肪.間接脂肪.或是椰子油10ml)
