Yesterday was so beautiful. Went for a 2 hr. hike with friends around the Colorado National Monument. I was sooo sore after that but it was worth it. Today was "Be Nice To Me Day!" Massage, manicure, pedicure all in one day. I came home a new person. Thanks to my sister who is a dietition and my Dr. I know I will be on the road to recovery soon.
