Ok, I thought I was going nuts but the scale we use here at work for our weekly weigh in's is busted. It jumped 10 pounds in the space of 5 minutes and since then it's fluxuated within a 2 lb range.
Some of the other folks in our work contest is having the same issue.
I've managed to control my intake and I'm walking like crazy. My clothes are looser and I can get into some pants better but, 10 lbs is a bit much.
