It has been a good day. No cravings and eating well. Swam and lifted weights. A better day lifting today. In good spirits and looking forward to Easter. On the down side, my garden has just one plant poking it’s head up above the ground. One plant out of 5 rows. Don’t know if it’s the soil or the water, but I think I am done planting a garden in this patch of ground. I have other places I can use.
