I always prefer my pre workout to be light and very effective. I have kept Oats and Black coffee as my pre workout from a whilw now and it has worked amazing for me. Before this one I used to eat 100gram Rice n black coffee bt that would upset my stomach.

How to u prepare ur oats, and is it sweet or salty or just oats?

I always keep it simple and try to not add sugar. A little bit of salt makes it good and I usually add handful of dry fruits to make it more nutritious.

Put milk or water and boil for 4 mins and its ready to eat😁

do you use rolled oats or instant oats or steel cut oats?

I use steel cut oats most of time.
