Hi, you arent eating enough, i have just looked at your food diary and you will be ill and all you are doing is crash dieting which means that once you start to eat anything that is remotly normal you will pile the weight back on and thats not what you want!! Try eating arounf 1200 calories a day but burn about 2000-2500 calories, drink about 4 pints of water a day and increase your fruit and veg, if you bulk up your meals with fruit and veg you will consume less calories and not feel hungry and your body wont go into starve and store mode.
