重啟減肥計劃👍
《暫定減肥計劃3/28-4/28》
第一週:
早餐、午餐正常吃,晚餐300卡,餅乾零食飲料一週限定只有1天可以吃,水份2000c. c. 。

第二週:
同上一週但加上每天跳繩10分鐘。
58.7 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
