Don’t be so hard on yourself 😊 This is a journey. Find what works for you and follow that lifestyle. Slow and healthy weight loss is the best way to go. We all struggle and I so understand being demotivated by the numbers on the scale, but just regroup, change your approach if this is not working for you. You can do it!

Today I am “rebooting” my efforts by starting IF again after a few “falling off the wagon issues”. Good luck to you and to me. ☘️

helo. I've been stuck between going keto or going vegan. did lots of research and now I'm going 70 percent vega. while food. If your looking for something more sustainable I'd suggest you listen to plantbasednews on youtube. they have lots of great nutrition doctors speaking. i almost went the keto way, but this works better for me.

Our bodies are all different. What works for me, might not work for you and vice versa. You need to experiment and see what works the best for you. The most important thing is to experiment with sustainable plans. And experimenting are always fun😊. You'll come accross new things you never knew or thought about. You'll find the right plan, just keep on trying. Wishing you best of luck🌻.

what about doing 18-6 or 16-8 and making sure you calculate your macros to make sure you keep your calories in check. that way you can still.eat relatively normally.
