Hm, so I'm currently taking the 'weigh yourself once a week' challenge and I have to tell you, the impulse is harder to stop than you'd think, as a compulsive weigh-inner. I don't record my weight every day on FS but for about a year I think I have weighed myself closer to every day. I took the challenge to kind of loosen up, and to trust myself. I hope it helps.
